“ONCE YOU MAKE A DECISION, THE UNIVERSE CONSPIRES TO MAKE IT HAPPEN”
Ralph Waldo Emerson

My Story
I am Will Sinclair and briefly, this is my story.
For most of my life, I have been an International Head-hunter, finding executive talent, describing opportunities that can change their lives and fortune. The one thing that I noticed about these highly successful executives, regardless of how confident they appeared to be, was that the higher up the ladder they were, the greater their level of insecurity, their fear of failure, and the Big One, Imposter Syndrome. At the beginning of their careers, they had to learn the lesson ‘you have to fake it till you make it’, only to find that although they had made it, they felt like they were still faking it, waiting to be found out and proven inadequate.
It was only after doing my job for several years that it became evident to me that many of the problems, phobias, syndromes, and perceived weaknesses, that they were suffering from, were common to everyone, regardless of their status myself included. That internal critical voice asking why am I not good enough? Why is the world against me? What is wrong with me? – was always there trying to grab my attention and keeping my mind in turmoil.
This is when I decided to study topics and books in the self-help industry, authors and mentors like Anthony Robbins, Napoleon Hill, Deepak Chopra, Jack Canfield, Stephen Covey, Dale Carnegie, Eckhart Tolle and others. This blog the ‘Art of Becoming’ is the culmination of a lifetime of mentoring many of my top executive colleagues, helping them to tackle the problems they have encountered on their career paths.
It is my experience and belief that you can become anything you want to become, without limitation, without compromise, and without damaging your relationships. You can become your authentic self, happy and comfortable with who you are, confident in the knowledge that you don’t need to bow to anyone, you can be flexible enough to accommodate almost everyone but also firm enough to withstand the fiercest storm in the chaos of the world we live in.
It would be my privilege to be your guide and mentor. To guide you through the highs and lows of your life, and to mentor you through the emotional setbacks you will most certainly be faced with.
I live in Dorset, England, UK. I love to hike the coastal paths, and clifftops, and bask in the serenity of the mountains (the nearest is in Wales), I love playing guitar and watching artists performing live.
